Could we have a small paragraph here about how who the team is? Ie. Our team is made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds that provide POWTI with outstanding leadership… so on and blah blah blah. This is mostly for design purposes and not entirely necessary.

Brian Bleeze
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Brian Bleeze is a co-founder and the Chief Executive Officer of ISPA Technology, LLC. ISPA Technology specializes in systems engineering/integration and software engineering. He has published several articles and was a co-inventor on a patent regarding imaging techniques. He is currently on the Board of Advisors for the University of South Florida’s Electrical Engineering department. Brian has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Imaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Thomas C. Linn
Chief Development Officer
Tom Linn of Linn Write & Associates, has provided science and technical communications for Department of Commerce, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Applied Research Lab at Penn State University, University of Maryland and corporate industry since 1996. This service relates science and technology subjects to broad audiences in articles books, briefs and reports. He has published opeds and in many publications including: Baltimore Sun, Chicago Tribune, International Herald-Tribune, Los Angeles Times, and The San Diego Union-Tribune. He also has published feature articles in Armed Forces Journal, Defense & Foreign Affairs, Defense News, Joint Force Quarterly, Marine Corps Gazette, National Defense, Proceedings, Seapower, and Strategic Review. Tom Linn is a retired US Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel.
Many in Tom Linn's family have served in the fire service and he strongly believes that POWTI can save the lives of first responders.
Patrick Smith
Chief Operating Officer
Patrick has a Bachelor of Science in Business from University of Phoenix and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
His prior roles include working for Honeywell International as a Director of Quality Engineering and Director of Technology and Licensing from 2011-2017. Prior to this he spent 14 years in a small Private Equity group where he served as an operation and quality principal specializing in leverage buyouts of growth oriented, later stage, and middle-market companies. He has provided leadership in all areas of transaction execution, working with business partners in deal negotiation, valuation, modeling, transaction management, and due diligence. Research and review of markets and of specific targets as required, with a deep understanding of the strategic and organic growth opportunities for the prospect.
Babak Sarani

Babak Sarani is a Professor of Surgery and Emergency Medicine and the Chief of Trauma Surgery at the George Washington University School of Medicine. He graduated from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 1997. He then completed his training in General Surgery at GW in 2004. Following this, he completed fellowship training in Trauma and Critical Care Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. He began his career as an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Trauma, Emergency Surgery, and Critical Care Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. He was recruited back to GW in 2011 where he is the Founder and Director of the Center for Trauma and Critical Care Network at The George Washington University Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center, and at Virginia Hospital Center, a soon-to-be level 2 trauma center. His research interests include measurement of coagulopathy following injury, chest wall injury and reconstruction, and processes to mitigate risk of death following penetrating traum

Kristopher is the owner and founder of Valor Med LLC. He and his team authored House Bill 496 which was passed in 2019 mandating that Bleeding Control Stations will be placed in every school in Texas. Valor Med is responsible for ensuring safety in over 3,500 High schools. Upon graduation from the United States Air Force, Kris, attended Pararescue Indoctrination School. He then proceeded to his first duty station at Patrick, AFB, Florida where he performed duties as an Element Leader, Team member and Instructor Evaluator in the 308th Rescue Squadron. His military awards include the 2013 McKay Trophy Award, Air Force Combat Action Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, Air Reserves Forces Meritorious Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Seven Air Medals, one including Valor, Air Force Humanitarian Award, and the 2017 Special Warfare Training Group Technical Training Instructor of the Year. As the CEO of Valor Med and President of POWTI, Kristopher brings military structure, strategic mentorship, 10 years of experienced trauma medicine, and relentless energy to the team.
James Marinucci

James Marinucci is the Principal & CEO of Alleanza Group LLC, a Washington, DC-based international operational medicine, practice development consulting and clinical education group. During his previous 25 years at The George Washington University and The GW Medical Faculty Associates, Mr. Marinucci was an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine, Director of Trauma Technology and Wound Management, served as Interim Executive Director for the Ronald Reagan Institute of Emergency Medicine, and as Director of both International Special Projects and Emergency Medical Education Training Programs. He currently develops and coordinates projects throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Prior to founding Alleanza Group LLC, he served as CEO of Via Medica International (United States / United Arab Emirat
